Mondays 6-7:30pm EST

This course is for those who have decided that they cannot meditate, don’t like to meditate, or have reached a plateau in their practice. We will try different techniques and commit to a short, steady, daily practice.

Join Yoga Farm Educator Jeannie O’Neill, in a New Year Meditation Experience.  Class will be LIVE in a private zoom link, we will also record class and post replays in your Mighty Network Classroom. If you miss a class, you will still be able to watch the recordings. If you are local to Ithaca, there is an in person opportunity (limited capacity).

On Monday evenings beginning at 6p we will have practice and a short lecture on Meditation and Mindful body exploration.

Kundalini Meditation techniques are at the heart of this series, and we will also branch out into other gateways to meditation as well. Kundalini Meditation is a potent energy practice and this particular series is geared towards students with any amount of experience in Kundalini or none at all.

The structure of our classes together will include an opening chant followed by a spinal warm up, then we will dive into various ways of accessing meditation, we wrap up class with a closing. We will then engage in a short lecture and discussion about meditation.

Course Primary Outcomes:

  • Access a daily meditation practice

  • Connect with Community

  • Supportive space to explore techniques in a non-judgemental atmosphere.
