In this course we will unpack the guise of toxic feminism, which stays committed to comfort, personal reward, and keeping things “on brand.” If you are ready to unlearn the lies you have been told and be open to how to engage in action this is the course for you. You will be able to walk the walk of unity and engage in action that supports your new knowledge that no one is free when others are oppressed. Your freedom depends on the freedom of everyone else.
Practical Magick: Tarot course
March 15 - April 19th

Join Valerie Friend for a six-week immersion into the amazing world of divination. Utilizing the Rider Waite Smith deck this class will explore archetypes, numerology, the court and pip cards to set the foundation for your personal Tarot Journey. You will spend time over the course pulling and reading cards to expand your confidence in reading tarot, as well as practicing Tarot meditation and magic. This class is appropriate for beginners but will also enhance any Tarot practice.
Strong Mind and Resilient Nervous System
April 16th - May 14th
Wednesdays 7:30-9 pm EST
Without a strong mind, we turn against ourselves with a mean inner critic. We anxiously try to control other people and the external world to feel safer.
In this practical course, we learn the basics of trauma, the hypervigilance and negativity bias of our nervous system, and how to regulate ourselves.
We get to know ourselves somatically (in our body). We practice tools to work with the uncomfortable sensations and energy that we’ve disconnected from. We use powerful tools to stay grounded in the safety of the present moment and to break the trance of catastrophic thinking.
