Restorative Yoga

WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU TOOK A MOMENT TO REST, RELAX, REJUVENATE, REBALANCE? The last time you were tired, did you stop and give your body a rest? Restorative Yoga is just that, a deeply relaxing yoga practice. This four-week Restorative Yoga course will offer a hands-on exploration of your own experience of feeling each pose in your body thus providing a foundation for offering Restorative Yoga to others.

Social JUSTICE Studies

January - June 2nd and 4th Tuesdays

In this course we will unpack the guise of toxic feminism, which stays committed to comfort, personal reward, and keeping things “on brand.If you are ready to unlearn the lies you have been told and be open to how to engage in action this is the course for you. You will be able to walk the walk of unity and engage in action that supports your new knowledge that no one is free when others are oppressed. Your freedom depends on the freedom of everyone else. 

Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga is a transformative practice of joy, vitality, and community that will touch, move, and inspire you and your relationships. In this practice, we use breath and laughter exercises to unlock joy, emotionally process harder emotions, and deepen our connection to ourselves and others.  When you develop a laughter practice, it frees you to be more playful, accepting, and compassionate towards yourself and others. More easily taking life as it is.

We are delighted that you are longing to offer a gentle practice to those who find a traditional yoga session too challenging. It is truly a gift to be able to offer students ways to use a chair to provide support, stability, and strength in yoga.
