community scholarship discounts

Our philosophy is that Yoga, Qigong, Mindfulness and Meditation are the Medicines & Journeys of Self-Awareness; a pathway of Clarity, Empowerment, and Freedom.

We recognize that many communities have been marginalized and are under-represented in opportunities for both teaching and studying these sciences.

We also are aware that due to the substantial systemic disparities, the cost of teacher trainings along with travel and being away from home is often out of reach for many. As a nonprofit, we want to remove any barriers, within our power, to the members of these communities to access this training.

For those of you in the categories below, our nonprofit organization has approved a scholarship in the amount of 15-30% off for our 200-hour and our 300-hour teacher trainings.

These discounts are for incoming students whose total annual household income is less than USD $100K. If your income is above this threshold, please join with regular tuition and allow us to give our scholarship funds to others.

You do not need to complete an application form to receive this scholarship - we willingly offer this to each of you without the application and review process with our review team.

We have created community discounts to be a part of the greater movement toward equity & inclusion in the field of yoga.

We are seeking students in these communities in order to create diversity in the Yoga Teaching community. Our goal is that these opportunities will enable students to see themselves represented by the teachers that they have access to.  

  • Anyone who works in the healthcare industry.

  • For anyone who works in the corrections field or is in the military.
