Our 12-week personalized program brings the possibility of sustained transformation to your life. We meet with you one-on-one and design a custom program including yoga, meditation, inquiry, self-study, tracking and daily practices that will meet your needs and give you the opportunity to step into the life you know you are capable of.
Yoga is a scientific method to bring vitality to the body, peace in the mind, joy in the spirit, sustain lightness of being, and leave behind addictive behaviors and thinking.
In our 12-week program, we work with you twice weekly: once in person at Yoga Farm for yoga, inquiry, coaching, meditation and spiritual direction, and once each week on a coaching call. Throughout the program email and text are available to support you.
Why? What is it that you most want for your life? This is the only program where Yoga Farm Directors work with you one-on-one to bring skillful implementation of tools from multiple modalities into a program that fits you perfectly, in privacy and exclusivity.
Past students in this program report:
- Freedom from addictions
- Peace of mind
- Daily experience of connection and joy
- Clarity in thought and action
- Deepening relationships
- Improved health and comfort in body
This program is directly taught by Yoga Farm Director Christopher with the skillful assistance in your program design and success by Daniela of the HeartPath Institute. Space is extremely limited, and only a few students at a time are accepted into this program.
We will meet in person once a week, generally at the Yoga Farm, for about 90 minutes, and incorporate powerful practices from hatha yoga, kundalini yoga, meditation, breathing, inquiry, symbolic tracking, and reiki healing work.
Your discovered intention is the compass that we use throughout the course to keep us on track and measure progress. In between our weekly in-person sessions we will have a 30-minute coaching call, and you will have ‘homework’ designed to steep you in the contemplation and inquiry that will uncover the roots of limiting thoughts and beliefs.
Later in this course most students will experience a 28 day meditation gift, including a full day of silence. This program includes reading assignments, practice sessions on your own, and journaling of your experiences. You are also invited to unlimited group yoga classes each week during the course. (a $285 value!)
If you are experiencing chronic physical pain, persistent emotional or addiction challenges, or are recovering from injury, we will develop specific therapies in accord with best practices from the science of yoga and meditation incorporating advice from your therapist or physician, if available.
We incorporate the tools of inquiry, contemplation, and Spiritual Direction from the HeartPath Institute to provide a complete mind / body / spirit approach.
Our sessions will aim to improve physical fitness, mental sharpness, and the ability to learn to relax deeply into meditation. Together, these practices will fuel your success in all areas of life. This program has limited enrollment and currently only 2 spots are available.
An application process and in-person interview are required. This program is perfect if you:
- are ready to transform your life into the very best you can be
- have tried everything else and are ready to dive into practices that really work
- are aiming for a career teaching yoga or in the coaching or healing fields
- are highly motivated and ready to apply yourself

“I chose to do private sessions with Christopher to improve a thyroid condition using yoga. Christopher is an excellent listener to both the words you say and your body, plus he researches thoroughly and is a gentle instructor. After just one session, I had profound shifts in my energy levels and my brain fog lifted. At the end of the second session when he asked me how I felt, I felt awake and alive. It’s obvious to me that my body responds to yoga the way Christopher teaches it, and the improvements continue to grow and build between sessions. The change holds.” – Janice D., Ithaca NY
“I began weekly sessions with Christopher two months ago, as a supplement to my usual training routine. With his expert guidance I have already noticed increased flexibility especially the in the back and hips, which has had a positive impact on my golf game and my overall feeling of wellness. His new facility is lovely, spacious and well-equipped.” — George A. Hay, Cornell Law School
“I recently resumed yoga after many years of not practicing. Starting individual lessons at the Yoga Farm with Christopher has been a great experience. The studio is very peaceful and Christopher is an amazing instructor. I would recommend anyone interested in trying yoga consider the Yoga Farm!” – S.C., Ithaca, NY
I did a private 3 lesson series because I wanted special sessions customized just for me. Chris did a great job of understanding what worked for me and what didn’t, and was patient with explanations. At the end of my sessions I had learned real tools that I could use in my personal practice that I could have never put together in a group class. – J.V. Ithaca, NY
Christopher, you are a distinctly gifted teacher, able to identify sequences ideal for the individual as well as a group. I recall with fondness your assistance with my arm… in that session you were comfortable and able to hold the space for my discomfort, physically and emotionally with tremendous Grace. You were able to let me be with my tears, with no need to run for Kleenex and the belief of, “oh here, tissues, let’s clean up that mess!” You just let me be where I was, silently, so I could move deeper into it, through it. – D.H., Ithaca NY
Christopher specially tailored our meditation and mindfulness session according to goals that my husband and I had set but had not moved towards. We wanted to get back into consistent meditation, and Christopher suggested a 28 day meditation challenge. That worked! We are more than half way through the challenge now, and we can see the improvement in our ability to sit together and clear our minds…and cuddle with gratitude.– A.F., Ithaca NY
“Christopher is a wonderful, patient, knowledgeable, and nurturing teacher, with a great sense of humor and play. The classes that I’ve been a part of have been flexible in meeting each participant’s needs, often focusing on a particular movement to help one with a particular need”. – B.P., Lansing, NY
