Our 12-week private program, called “Access your personal power, passion and purpose” brings the possibility of sustained transformation to your life. We meet with you one-on-one and design a custom program including yoga, kundalini meditations, powerful breathing exercises, inquiry, and contemplation.
Yoga is a scientific method to bring vitality to your body, peace in your mind, and joy in your spirit. In our program, you will discover how to sustain lightness of being, and leave behind limiting addictive behaviors and thinking.
This private yoga and spiritual direction program will help you connect with a deep Source of limitless power, so you can break through limiting beliefs and habits, nurture passion, and move steadily in the direction of your life’s purpose.
This is the only program where Yoga Farm Directors work with you one-on-one to bring skillful implementation of tools from multiple modalities into a program that fits you perfectly, in privacy and exclusivity.

This program is directly taught by Yoga Farm Directors Christopher & Daniela. Space is extremely limited, and only a few students at a time are accepted into this program.
How does it work?
In our 12-week program, we work with you once, twice or three times weekly: sometimes in person at Yoga Farm for yoga, inquiry, coaching, meditation and spiritual direction, and sometimes on a coaching call. Throughout the program email and text support and Q&A are available.
Each program is customized to fit your needs, and tuition is based on how many times each week we meet. Due to this reason, we offer a free initial session so we can get to know you and your needs and wants.
Your discovered intention is the compass that we use throughout the course to keep us on track and measure progress. In between our sessions you will have ‘homework’ (reading, worksheets, practices) designed to steep you in the contemplation and inquiry that will uncover the roots of limiting thoughts and beliefs.
In this program students will cultivate transformative disciplines and test the effects of sustained daily meditations and the peace and power that arise from Silence.

Christopher specially tailored our meditation and mindfulness session according to goals that my husband and I had set but had not moved towards.
