12-Week Personal Transformational Program
If you are ready to dive deep and practice the path of peace, of freedom, of joy, our individual programs may be for you. This program, designed and taught by Yoga Farm Directors Christopher & Daniela personally is our ’12-week personal transformational program: Access your personal power, passion and purpose‘. (This program has limited enrollment – only 1 spot available at this time)
When we work 1-on-1 (or in a small group with your friends / family), you’ll learn to support your body, mind and heart in a way that best fits your life and goals.
In our private work together we will weave a tapestry of yoga, breathwork, meditations, restorations and deep rest from many traditions of yoga. Gentle yoga is merged with postures to build strength and alignment and practices that increase energy. Deep rest concludes each session, leaving you alert and ready for the rest of your day. You can ask as many questions as you like as we go along, and even record our sessions for later review and practice.
Here is how our private classes work:
A 30 minute initial consultation
We will meet at the yoga farm or on the phone, to get to know each other, discuss goals and experience and explore intentions and reasons for engaging private practice. cost: free (at Yoga Farm or phone/Skype/Facetime)
A full private yoga session, for one person, a couple, or two friends
The initial session is 75-90 minutes long, follow-on sessions are 60-75 minutes. We start with about 5-10 minutes of discussion to clarify goals for the session, followed by appropriate yoga, mindfulness and meditation practices, and a wrap up talk at the end for questions and to offer suggestions for ongoing practice.
cost: $90 per session (at Yoga Farm or on Skype/Facetime, travel additional)
Introductory Five-pack private yoga sessions (for new students only)
With five sessions planned together, we’ll be able to go deeply into specific yoga sequences tuned for your body and mind. Each session is scheduled at your convenience, and will build on core fundamentals appropriate to your physical and emotional condition. You’ll have the chance in between our sessions to practice what we are learning and return with questions for refinement and deepening of your experience and learning.
cost: $375 (at Yoga Farm or Skype/Facetime, travel additional)
Results come from a deeper commitment to your Self

Yoga is a scientific method to bring vitality to your body, peace in your mind, and joy in your spirit. With these tools, you will learn to access your purpose, cultivate personal power and leave behind limiting addictive behaviors and thinking.
Meditation can be a tremendous aid in a life of joy, free of unnecessary worry, anxiety and stress.
You are unique. Your life experiences, your body and mind, your relationships, your loves, your desires, are unique. A being like you has never before existed.
Meditation is a bridge of experiences – linking your inner world and your outer world. Integrating all of you back into yourself. There are literally thousands of different kinds of meditative techniques. With just the right meditation approach and instruction, your meditation will become effortless, a time to be with yourself, for healing, inspiration, integration, for rest.
Meditations can involve breath, sound, movement, touch, smell, taste. Meditation can be accessed indoors our outdoors. Standing up, lying down, or sitting in any position. Meditation can be short or long. Meditation can feel wonderful, and it can feel turbulent at times – both are part of the process, and welcomed.

I began weekly sessions with Christopher two months ago, as a supplement to my usual training routine. With his expert guidance I have already noticed increased flexibility especially the in the back and hips, which has had a positive impact on my golf game and my overall feeling of wellness. His new facility is lovely, spacious and well-equipped. — George A. Hay, Cornell Law School
I recently resumed yoga after many years of not practicing. Starting individual lessons at the Yoga Farm with Christopher has been a great experience. The studios is very peaceful and Christopher is an amazing instructor. I would recommend anyone interested in trying yoga consider the Yoga Farm! — S.C. Ithaca, NY
I did a private 3 lesson series because I wanted special sessions customized just for me. Chris did a great job of understanding what worked for me and what didn’t, and was patient with explanations. At the end of my sessions I had learned real tools that I could use in my personal practice that I could have never put together in a group class. — J.V. Ithaca, NY
Christopher, you are a distinctly gifted teacher, able to identify sequences ideal for the individual as well as a group. I recall with fondness your assistance with my arm… in that session you were comfortable and able to hold the space for my discomfort, physically and emotionally with tremendous Grace. You were able to let me be with my tears, with no need to run for Kleenex and the belief of, “oh here, tissues, let’s clean up that mess!” You just let me be where I was, silently, so I could move deeper into it, through it. – D.H., Ithaca NY
Christopher specially tailored our meditation and mindfulness session according to goals that my husband and I had set but had not moved towards. We wanted to get back into consistent meditation, and Christopher suggested a 28 day meditation challenge. That worked! We are more than half way through the challenge now, and we can see the improvement in our ability to sit together and clear our minds…and cuddle with gratitude. – A.F., Ithaca NY
