What is the benefit of regular yoga practice?

Yoga asanas strengthen and flex every muscle in the body. A balanced practice will include a mix of relaxing and strength-building poses. Regularly practicing yoga will lead to increased muscle tone. It will also strengthen your internal physiological systems, such as your digestive, circulatory, respiratory, and nervous systems.

It was an opportunity to stop, rest, unwind and recenter my heart.

‘Come Home to Your Body’ has been a wonderful course. Fun atmosphere. Daniela & Christopher work well together making class delightful. The class is great for all levels of experience with yoga.

I have enjoyed Come Home to Your Body – Thank you! The meditations definitely helped me to begin learning to process daily life. The poses have greatly helped my flexibility and strength.

In this course I experienced a sense of community, a safe place to ‘be’. I am feeling strong, feeling love from fellow humans 🙂

  1. I have been to 2 classes so far and both gave me exactly what I needed. Chris Ananda was very sensitive to my limitations, while also pushing me towards my goals. I will be back!
