Most of our yoga classes in Lansing are suitable for those new to yoga, older adults, adults of all shapes and sizes, and people with physical challenges, while others offer a dynamic experience for people who seek a more energetic practice.

We offer practical yoga classes and courses for everyone at our Lansing, NY yoga center. We are located on a beautiful 65-acre farm with waterfalls, forests and fields just outside of ithaca, NY.
