Saturday October 1st 11am – 4pm
On the autumn equinox, day and night are of equal length. This signals the need to balance the light and darkness within us. Often, we fear our darkness and adore only the light. The leaves falling to the ground in the autumn can remind us that nature’s cycles are mirrored in our lives. Autumn is a time for letting go and releasing things that have been a burden. It is a great time to practice getting out of the way and letting Spirit take charge of our lives.
Join us in honoring the change of seasons by reflecting upon ourselves, recognizing and releasing stressful thoughts and patterns and reconnecting with our light and wisdom within.
We will use:
- Postures and Movement
- Breathing Techniques
- Mudras (hand positions)
- Sound Current Healing
The workshop will be led by Michelle Csonka. Michelle is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and has been teaching for 8 years. She is warm-hearted, intuitive, passionate and has an unwavering stand for those she comes in contact with. These tools will offer an opportunity to go to a place of deep reflection, releasing and healing. Here you can clear and reset your mind, find/refresh your sense of self love, experience the depth of your soul and your true identity.
