I am so glad you asked! Yoga class is a great opportunity to be with yourself, so the most important thing is to be comfortable. When you come to class, bring a yoga mat if you have one (we have extras), a blanket to cover yourself at the end, and remember to hydrate well. For clothing, any loose-fitting warm clothes will work. For the more vigorous classes you may want to dress in layers so you can throughout.
Taking a little more of a philosophical approach, please bring yourself, just as you are. If you feel happy, bring your smile. If you feel down or sad, don’t pretend you aren’t. Our aim is to provide a warm, welcoming environment where we can support each other on the daily path to wholeness, wellness and self-love.
